Corporate Art Collections

In 2019, I was fortunate to view some of Microsoft Corporation’s corporate art collection. Today, hundreds of corporations, large and small, have their own art collections.

As Tax Lawyer Ophelie Dantil states in “Unlocking Art’s Potential: How Art Can Transform Your Business Strategy,” featured in ArtMarket Insight:

“As financial markets are becoming increasingly uncertain and investment strategies are being reinvented, art is no longer just an object of passion or prestige: it has become an ‘asset class’, a powerful symbol of corporate differentiation and an effective tax optimization lever.”

Multinational corporate AND small companies can curate collections, and should consult with experts such as tax lawyers, auction houses, independent experts, art advisors and appraiser to determine applicable tax laws, and subsequent benefits.

Take a look at some of the art featured in corporate collections !
